Open Access - Wirral

Open access is the oldest of our services and have operated in Wirral since 1984.
The Open Access Team are now based in purpose-built accommodation on the ground floor of Arch’s headquarters in Conway Street. It tailors its services to effectively meet the needs of the local community e.g. outreach, satellite bases, group work, evening clinics, services for specific client groups, such as women and stimulant users, etc.

The team have also developed joint working with organisations specialising in care for the homeless, black & visible minority communities, gay and lesbian groups, etc. in order to make ARCH services more accessible to those individuals in need.
