A UK Online Centre. located in the ARCH headquarters in Birkenhead, opened in February 2003. The Centre comprises a dedicated computer suite, which has 16 PCs linked to the internet and supported by an experienced staff member. It is open to all residents who would like assistance with IT, but is also heavily used by ARCH clients who are helped to develop their skills in computing and use of the internet.
