At ARCH we respect the uniqueness of each individual and all our services reflect this. What works for one person may not have the same benefits for another. By providing a comprehensive and wide-ranging package of services we are in a position to tailor a programme of care which will cater to the needs of each individual who comes through our door. We are an independent organisation and our service is completely confidential.
The primary role of the Family Service is to work with parents who are substance misusers, and the children within families affected by substance misuse. The aim is to help maximise potential life-chances for future years.

Giving support to reduce family stress
The Family Service has a strong community emphasis, work can be undertaken in your own home, or at a mutually agreed location. This flexibility helps us to provide an accessible, quality service to clients.
We would like to help you find the best way forward for your particular need. So, if drugs or alcohol have affected your life in any way, then the Family Service could be the service for you.
