Equal Access ServicesSmiling women
A SERVICE AVAILABLE ONLY IN THE WARRINGTON AREA, FOR WOMEN AFFECTED BY SUBSTANCE MISUSE

Equal Access will:

Assess and define your individual needs
Identify steps for positive changes in drug or alcohol use
Build upon and improve your confidence and assertiveness
Help you to learn how to manage stress and tension
Support referral and access to other services
Work on issues such as relapse prevention


ARCH Initiatives aims to encourage social interaction as a means of building confidence and self esteem and seeks to encourage maximum re-integration within the local community

Gives you the chance to meet new friends and gain the skills and confidence to progress to further opportunities.


Each programme takes around ten people and there are plenty of activities to take part in. There is an emphasis both on group work and on helping and supporting each individual’s own needs.

Alternative therapies
Life skills
Creative workshops
Welfare rights
Stress management

The programme is delivered by helpful, friendly and experienced staff.

At the end of the course you will receive a certificate of attendance and an action plan to take you forward to further opportunities.
